We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Worn or washed sleepwear
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Free Returns
We proudly offer free returns worldwide. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions for your order.
Please do not send items back without contacting our support team first.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@CozyNightWear.site with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
